Thank you for shopping at ARCHANGEL. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Item must be in its original packaging
- Item must have the receipt or proof of purchase
- Tags and labels must still be attached
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items marked as final sale
- Personal care items or items that come into contact with skin (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized items
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team, support@archangelcompany.com, with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging
- Include your order number and return authorization number in the package
- Ship the item to the address we provide
Return Shipping
Who pays for return shipping:
- Defective or incorrect items: We will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a prepaid return label
- Change of mind or size/fit issues: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or we made an error)
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Processing time: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Contact us at supportl@archangelcompany.com to arrange an exchange
- We will send you the replacement item once we receive your return
- If there is a price difference between products, we will either refund or charge the difference
Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at support@archangelcompany.com
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- We will provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us at support@archangelcompany.com within 7 days of delivery
- We will send you the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item
- You will not be charged for the correct item or return shipping
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
- Contact your bank - there is often processing time before a refund is posted
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@archangelcompany.com
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for standard returns. However, items returned without authorization or not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
